An effective price list has three things: clarity, organization, and contact information. Organize services into logical categories (Hair, Color, Treatments — or Build, Design, Consulting). Within each category, list service names on the left and prices on the right. For services that vary by time or complexity, show a range ('$60–$90'). Always include your phone number, website, and booking link at the bottom — a client who can't figure out how to book is a lost sale.
Print your price list on cardstock or glossy paper and laminate it for front-desk or reception display. Post it in a clear plastic frame at eye level near the service area. For service-based businesses with a social media presence, export the price list as a PNG and post it to Instagram, Facebook, or your Google Business Profile — this reduces 'how much do you charge?' inquiries significantly. For websites, embed the PDF or use the PNG as an image in your services page.
